I forgot my fb password and change my mobile number I cannot get code

 

 Step - 1 

Go to your Google password manager 

Go right and clicks security

Go below and click password manager

If your password is saved, you can see your faceboo password.

If your facebook wasn't there, you have to add a ph number to facebook. 

Just go to facebook settings 

Personal information 

Add mobile number 

Add your ph number on facebook 

Otherwise go to facebook help center
